Privacy Policy
Effective date: 3 November 2026 · Last updated: 3 November 2026 · Applies to: the Toy Print Tycoon iOS app (home screen name: Toy Print)
In short
- The game has no accounts, sign-in, chat or user content. We never ask for your name, email or phone number.
- The game's own code does not send personal data to us. Your progress and settings stay on your device.
- The game is free and shows ads. Ads are served by Google AdMob, and Google collects some data from your device to show them (listed one by one below).
- Your advertising identifier (IDFA) is shared with Google only if you tap “Allow” in the iOS prompt. Players under 13 are never asked and never get personalized ads.
- You can change your choices at any time in iOS Settings and in the game's Settings. Questions: info@semihtali.com
1. Who we are
Toy Print Tycoon is developed and published by Semih Tali, an individual developer. “We” in this policy means Semih Tali. Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we are the controller for the data the game itself processes. Google is separately responsible for the data it collects for advertising.

2. What the game itself processes
| Data | Where it stays | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Game progress (levels, coins, followers, dreams, tasks) | Only on your device, in the app's own folder | So the game continues where you left off |
| Settings (sound, music, vibration, language) | Only on your device | To remember your preferences |
| Year of birth (the age question at first launch) | Only on your device; never sent anywhere | To choose the ad setting for your age (section 4). Google receives only a “child / teen / adult” ad treatment setting, not your year of birth |
If iCloud Backup or computer backup is on, the game's folder is included in Apple's standard device backup. That backup lives in your Apple account; we cannot access it.
Connection check: The game is played online and checks whether you are connected. This check carries no personal data. When a device sends a simple request to a server, the IP address is technically visible, as with any internet request; we do not store it, share it or use it to identify you.
Not in the game: analytics or statistics services, crash reporting services, accounts, notifications, location permission, camera, microphone, photos and contacts. There are currently no in-app purchases either; if they are added later, payment will be handled only by Apple and this policy will be updated first.
3. Ads and Google AdMob
We show ads so the game can be free. Ads come from Google's AdMob service (Google LLC; in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, Google Ireland Limited). There are two kinds:
- Rewarded ads: open only when you choose to tap a button; if you watch to the end you get a small in-game boost. You can progress without them.
- Interstitial ads: full-screen ads shown at some breaks. Never shown to players under 13.
Google's AdMob software (Google Mobile Ads SDK) and its consent tool (User Messaging Platform) collect the following from your device, based on Google's official App Store data disclosure:
| Data | Details | Google's purposes |
|---|---|---|
| Advertising identifier (IDFA) | Only if you tap “Allow” in the iOS prompt. If you don't, it is not shared; Google may then use only identifiers specific to this app or developer. | Serving and measuring ads, personalizing ads if allowed, analytics |
| IP address and approximate location | Coarse location (country or city level) derived from the IP address. The game does not ask for location permission; precise location is not collected. | Serving and measuring ads, fraud prevention, showing the right consent form for your region |
| Ad interactions | Which ads were shown, taps, video views, app launches | Serving and measuring ads, analytics |
| Device and app information | Technical details such as device model, iOS version, language and app version | Displaying ads correctly, analytics |
| Diagnostics | Performance data such as launch time, hangs and crash logs | Running and improving the service, analytics |
Google processes and retains this data under its own policies. More details:

Consent form: Where the law requires it (for example the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland), the game shows Google's consent form at first launch. You can change your choice later in the game under Settings → Privacy options.
Tracking permission (App Tracking Transparency): If you are 13 or older, iOS asks after the age question whether Toy Print may track your activity across other companies' apps and websites. If you choose “Ask App Not to Track”, your advertising identifier is not shared; you still see ads, but they are not personalized based on your activity across apps.
4. Children and teens
The game is made for a broad audience aged 10 and up. At first launch, before any ads or third-party services start, the game asks for your year of birth. No year is preselected. The year stays on the device.
| Age | Tracking permission (ATT) | Ads |
|---|---|---|
| Under 13 | Never asked; no advertising identifier is used | Every ad request is sent to Google flagged for child-directed treatment: no personalized ads and no remarketing, only ads suitable for general audiences (G). No interstitial ads; rewarded ads only when the child chooses. |
| 13–17 | Asked | Sent to Google flagged as teen; ad content at most “parental guidance” (PG). |
| 18 and over | Asked | Ad content at most PG. |
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you are a parent or guardian and have a question or a deletion request about your child, write to us at info@semihtali.com.
5. Retention and deletion
- Data on your device: Deleting the app deletes the game's folder. In the game, Settings → Start over erases your progress (settings such as sound and language, and your age answer, stay).
- Device backup: You can manage the copy in iCloud or computer backups through Apple's backup settings.
- Google's data: Google keeps the data it collects under its own retention periods. We cannot access that data or match it to a person. You can use the Google links above for your data held by Google; we are happy to point you in the right direction.
- No personal data about you is stored on our servers.
6. Legal basis and international transfers
Processing on your device is necessary to provide the game you asked for. Processing for advertising relies on your consent where the law requires it (Google's consent form and the iOS tracking permission) and on our legitimate interest in offering a free game funded by ads (KVKK art. 5/2-f, GDPR art. 6(1)(f)). You can withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect processing before the withdrawal.
Google may process data outside Türkiye and Europe, for example on servers in the United States. Google states that it relies on legal safeguards such as standard contractual clauses for these transfers.
7. Your rights
Article 11 of KVKK and Articles 15–22 of the GDPR give you the right to know whether your data is processed, to access it, to ask for it to be corrected, erased or restricted, to object, to data portability, to withdraw consent and to seek compensation for any damage.
To make a request, write to info@semihtali.com. We reply free of charge within 30 days. As we hold no data about you on our servers, in most cases we will show you how to delete the data on your device and guide you in contacting Google.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) or, in Europe, to the data protection authority in your country.
8. How to change your choices
- Tracking permission: on iPhone, Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Turn off the switch for Toy Print, or turn off “Allow Apps to Request to Track” entirely.
- Consent form choice: in the game, Settings → Privacy options. This line appears only if a consent form is required in your region.
- Opening this policy from the game: in the game, Settings → Privacy policy.
9. Security
Google's ad software sends data over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Game data on the device is kept in the protected area iOS reserves for each app.
10. Changes
We update this policy as the game changes. The current version is always at this address, with the date at the top. If there is a significant change (for example a new type of data or a new service), we will announce it in the game's update notes or in the game before it takes effect.
